What is your exchange policy?
If you open the package in front of the delivery man and find any cuts, cracks, wrong color, or wrong design, please return it to the delivery man. We will send you an exchange parcel. No other returns will be accepted.
Can I check products before receiving?
Please open and check the product carefully in front of the delivery man before receiving it. No complaints will be accepted once the delivery man leaves.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 1-2 days inside Dhaka and 2-4 days outside Dhaka. Fridays and national holidays may cause delays.
Do you offer refunds?
Currently, we do not offer refunds. However, we ensure exchanges for valid reasons such as defects or wrong items.
